Will I receive the money in Dollars or Indian Rupees?
If you withdraw through PayPal (bank transfer), they automatically convert US dollars into Rupees and credit it to your bank account. It takes about 3-5 days for the money to appear in your bank a/c after initiating withdrawal in Paypal.If you withdraw using AlertPay, they send you a cheque in US dollars and most of the banks in India accept foreign cheques. But the problem with Alertpay is that, the waiting time is longer. Based on my experience, after I request a cheque from alertpay, it took about 7-10 days for the cheque to reach my house. And after I deposited the cheque in my bank, it took about one month for the money to get credited in my account.
How do I get the cash in my hand?
Once the money is in pp/ap you can withdraw either by requesting a cheque(they mail it to ur house) OR you can enter your bank details and the money will be transfered directly to your bank a/c. I always use the second method(Paypal bank transfer) because outstation cheques (from alertpay) took a lot of processing time after I deposited them in my bank.
Do they really pay for clicking ads?

How to get referrals?
